After receiving hands on Reiki from Ellen for more than three years, I was quite reticent to begin having sessions over the phone. I liked the intimacy and safety of personal contact. However, after only two long distance sessions, the phone exchange became very natural. Ellen's ability to hold the energy allowed me to relax into the process and to forget that we were a great distance apart. Her focus is unwavering.
