Our Thursday on-line group has finished reading "Power versus Force" and the "Eye of the I" and are now reading Dr. Hawkins third book entitled "I".Spiritual Tutoring
As a spiritual Tutor, my work is to guide and assist you to open the doors in your mind, doors shut by unexamined beliefs.
It is when the mind is open that we can practice and develop a deepening sense of trust. Trust is the foundation of a spiritual life. Without trust we are in fear, in worry, in pain. When we have trust, we naturally radiate peace and joy.

Weekly Spiritual Exercises
Ellen has developed a series of exercises designed to assist students perceiving and attaining higher fields of consciousness. This series can be found on the Weekly Spiritual Exercises page. Ellen is currently compiling a workbook of these exercises.
Reiki
Shining Out is a section devoted specifically to those students and teachers who would like to describe their most beautiful and/or powerful experiences with the loving energy called Reiki.
